We allow small well behaved dogs 30 lbs and under.  Please let us know if you will be traveling with your dog, when making a reservation.  Most rooms allow dogs with the exception of our tower rooms, Rooms 17, 18, 19 and 20.

Once a reservation is made whether online or by phone, you are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.  Cancellations made prior to 7 days will receive a refund less the $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made less than 7 days will lose the initial deposit made for their room of one night’s deposit.

Lazy Bear Week, July 31 through August 7, 2023, Cancellations must be made 14 days or prior to receive the initial deposit made for your room of one night’s deposit less the $25 cancellation fee.   All cancellations are subect to a cancellation fee of $25 whether made online or by phone.
